It all started with my search for an image. "It shouldn’t be that hard to find a photo of two women in a coaching session!" I said to myself.

Then I started contemplating how things are changing, which is excellent! However, we still have a long way to go regarding equality.

Don’t get me wrong — equality works both ways, but there are a few ways in which I’d like to work with female leaders to help them develop confidence, understand biases, and develop leadership skills.
