Happy Educators Day to all our wonderful team. The work you do is so important and we thank you very much for all your hard work.

A big thank you to our centre Director Jodie for putting together an amazing spread for all the Educator's today. Linking in with our community and hosting and Shane from Corporate Bodies Event massage.

We hope all Educator's in the industry had a wonderful day and keep up the great work you are all doing.

🚒🔥 What a morning at St Helena Early Learning! 👨‍🚒❤️

We had some very special visitors this morning, our local firefighters! Our children were absolutely delighted to meet these real life heroes, explore the fire trucks and learn more about the incredible work they do in our community. 🧑‍🚒🚒

There were plenty of excited faces, curious questions and lots of wonderful learning along the way!

A huge thank you to our firefighters for taking the time to visit us and share what you do. What a fantastic morning of learning, discovery and community connection! ❤️

Clay, Every Day 🤎

In a Reggio Emilia-inspired environment, clay is so much more than an art experience.

It is an invitation to touch, explore, imagine, transform and communicate.

Every day, children can return to clay and discover something new — a different texture, a new form, a fresh idea or another way to express their thinking.

There is no “right” outcome. The process is the learning.

Clay supports children to slow down, use their hands, develop fine motor skills, problem-solve and make their thinking visible. Most importantly, it gives children the freedom to create from their own ideas and curiosity.

Clay, every day. Because children deserve opportunities to create, investigate and wonder every day. 🌿🤎

Today at St Helena Early Learning we were very lucky to have a special visit from Harrison’s mum, Megan, who came to our service in her ambulance!

The children were so excited to explore the ambulance, learn about the important role paramedics play in our community and ask lots of curious questions along the way. Megan kindly showed the children some of the equipment used to help people when they are sick or injured and spoke about how ambulances help keep our community safe.

Experiences like these help children build confidence, understanding and connections with the important people and services in our community.

A huge thank you to Megan for taking the time to visit us and create such a memorable experience for our children today!
