The PG Competitions team is excited to present the 2026 PG Negotiations Competition.
The Negotiations Competition provides a simulated setting for participants to develop and refine their negotiation skills, which are a vital aspect of legal practice. Throughout the competition, teams will engage in structured negotiation scenarios, identify their clients’ interests, and work strategically to achieve the best possible outcomes.
✨ No prior legal experience or prerequisite units required!
This competition is open to all PG students, and we strongly encourage first-time competitors to apply. The competition is designed to be approachable, supportive, and beginner-friendly. *2025 or 2026 LSS Membership required*

Applications are now open for LLB, JD and LLM students to join the Monash University Law Review for 2026.
Applicants must have:
● strong time management skills;
● excellent attention to detail; and
● close familiarity with the AGLC4.
Committee Members will complete up to three partial copyedits of an academic article during the year. Involvement with the Review is highly regarded by law firms and employers for the
valuable practical skills in legal research, referencing and copyediting gained by Committee Members. The Committee also has access to exclusive career and networking opportunities.
