Drimolen Field School, Paleoanthropology & Geoarchaeology, South Africa Africa The Palaeoscience Labs at La Trobe Universtity's Dept.

Each year between June-July La Trobe University, the University of Johannesburg & Washington University in St Louis run a joint Paleoanthropology & Geoarchaeology Field School at the Drimolen Cave early hominin site in the Cradle of Humankind, S. Archaeology runs a number of palaeoanthropological, palaeontological and geoarchaeological focused field schools in South Africa. Currently these run annually in June-July at the Drimolen hominin and Oldowan bearing palaeocave (2.0-1.4 Ma) with the University of Johannesburg and at the Amanzi Springs Acheulian Site with the University of the Witwatersrand and University of Cape Town.
