🌎⚽ This week in our Babies Room, we celebrated the rich diversity of cultures through our FIFA World Cup experiences! Children explored different flags from around the world and created flag-inspired paintings each day.
We also enjoyed looking at pictures of people from different cultures, singing songs, and practising our soccer skills outdoors. These fun experiences supported creativity, cultural awareness, and physical development.🌍

This week, our toddler children created a beautiful large wall display to acknowledge National Sorry Day And Reconciliation Week. Educators focused on empathy, friendship, kindness, and respect while exploring the importance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
The children created colourful handprints and footprints using First Nations colours, while learning positive values such as apology, friendship, caring for others, and showing respect for our Indigenous communities. We are so proud of their creativity and meaningful learning experiences. 💛🖤❤️

This week, our Under 3 children have been learning about road safety practices in a fun and engaging way! 🚦🚗
We have been discussing how to stay safe when walking on the streets through age-appropriate conversations and play-based experiences. The toddler room educators introduced a traffic light art and craft activity to help children learn the colours and their meanings.
They also created a beautiful road play area complete with streets, traffic lights, toy cars, and road signs. The children have been enjoying practicing road safety rules through imaginative play while building their understanding of staying safe in the community.
