Hey guys, its Harleen one of your SRC chairs here. This year has been anything but what we expected it to be, especially for us year 12s. But it's given us the opportunity to partake in remote learning and forced teachers to adjust their teaching styles.

Creating conversations is basically an opportunity for you to critique and give feedback on your experience with how education is delivered at SCHS. Best part is, its 100% anonymous!! So this is the perfect opportunity to express how you feel about your teachers with zero ramifications HAHAHA and all the focus groups are run by students. BONUS: your participation in this can contribute towards your school colours self-nominations.

Hello everyone!

Welcome, 2019 SRC here! This year, we’re starting and improving upon our networks to connect to you, the students. We now have a website on which you can keep up with all our initiatives and plans through the year.

As many of you may be aware, this year SCHS SRC is hosting Cory's Got Talent. The show is an opportunity to showcase the diverse and perhaps even quirky talents that we students have. Getting SCHS Moving!

Recently, a series of posters have been placed around the school by SCHS SRC. These are intended to encourage students to avoid rushing between classes, to reduce risk of injury, and also promote the use of the stairs near the canteen/front office to help balance out congestion at busy times. If we can all work together on these issues, we can move around the school faster and more safely.

Your cooperation in these areas is greatly appreciated.

SCHS SRC would like to thank all students for attending and participating in our open fourms at year 9, 11 and 12 this week. It was great to be able to discuss what we have been doing and get some much appreciated suggestions. We look forward to being able to get back to you on these ideas soon!
