It's been a big year of birthdays at Mill Park this year

Elly has been taking such great care of the plants in our Nursery and Junior Toddler yard and teaching the children how to care for them

Creative minds
Using crayons, leaves, glue and sticks, our Kinder 3 children explored a variety of textures, shapes and colours. Many children demonstrated their curiosity and imagination as they combined natural and art materials, with some children creating patterns and others focused on storytelling through their artwork.

The Biggest Morning Tea
Thank-you to everyone who made something for us to sell and thank-you to everyone who has already purchased and donated

Following on from their Green Sheep colour discovery and matching experience, our Toddler 2 educators set out an experience for children to match shapes.
With curiosity and wonder the children explored and matched the shapes correctly as well as naming the shapes that they could match

Our Kinder 3 children love their weekly walks to the Mill Park Library for storytime.
Being out within our community enhances the childrens social-emotional skills along with fostering a strong sense of identity and encouraging confident learning. Providing real-world experiences helps them to understand the world around them and their place in it.

Our Kinder 4 children have been benefiting from some daily Yoga. This builds flexibility, strength, and coordination while acting as a non-competitive outlet to reduce stress.
