Join Us for the next U3A Victoria Virtual Town Hall with Nick Staikos MP

As part of Project Elevate, U3A Victoria is working to increase awareness of U3A among government, community leaders, and the broader Victorian community.

We're delighted to invite you to our second Virtual Town Hall, featuring the newly appointed Minister for Seniors, Nick Staikos MP.

We encourage all U3A committee members across Victoria to register and attend, and to share this invitation with your members, tutors, and activity groups.

A strong turnout will help demonstrate the vital role U3A plays in supporting lifelong learning, social connection, wellbeing, and active ageing for older Victorians.

2026 Tutor Recognition Awards Announced 🏆

U3A Victoria was proud to recognise 28 outstanding volunteer tutors at the fifth annual Tutor Recognition Awards, held at Parliament of Victoria.

With more than 100 guests in attendance, including representatives from U3As across Victoria, families, supporters and Members of Parliament, the event celebrated the volunteers who make lifelong learning possible.

Our tutors are the heart of every U3A, generously sharing their knowledge, skills and experience to help older Victorians stay active, connected and engaged in learning.

Congratulations to all 2026 award recipients, and thank you to every volunteer tutor whose dedication continues to enrich lives and strengthen communities across Victoria.
