Justin Architecture is a thriving studio specialising in multi-unit residential and boutique commercial work. A position has become available for an exceptional Project Architect with 4+ years post graduate experience to work on a range of commercial multi-residential, high end residential projects and commercial projects.

Justin Architecture are seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, exceptional communication and organisational skills. Strong client liaison and team experience required.

About You
The successful candidate will possess:
Tertiary qualification in Architecture
4+ years minimum post graduate experience
Developed project management skills
Excellent technical knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and construction practice in Victoria
Industry knowledge, local regulations, detail focused
Proven experience/knowledge of ABIC simple and major works contracts
Documentation experience essential, with preference given to those with specific documentation experience in small to medium scale multi-residential projects
Excellent written, verbal and drawing skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, and produce accurate and reliable documentation
Ability to coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities
AutoCAD and Sketchup experience essential,

We value team members who are adept at working both independently and co-operatively. Someone who is passionate about design and is enthusiastic and confident about working across all aspects of the architectural process – design through to delivery.

Prior experience collaborating on residential projects is essential, along with a sound knowledge of the attending principles, practices, and procedures. Presentation prowess, as well as strong organisational and administrative skills are necessary attributes.
