My best friends' daughter LauSoo (just turned teenager) had a project to draw anything in relations to Malaysia' National Day Celebration (it's also her birthday). Of all things, she drew in Malaysians' national colours as her representation.

Michelle is true icon and the pride of the country. She has worked so hard over the last 4 decades to build up her status and has a reputation as an honourable person in all aspects. People may not know where Malaysia is, but the one thing they remembered about this country is always Michelle Yeoh!

This is the first time I've seen LauSoo's drawings and I am surprised this cute little girl has chosen Michelle, who isn't even a popular choice of idol in Gen Z. It touches my heart knowing that this 世姪女 has picked the perfect idol to look up to, and she will do well and be a good person like Michelle.

Melbourne Coffee is great and not sure where to find THE BEST place to go? Here we found it at THE GRIDLOCK COFFEE ROASTERS! From the double espresso to the skinny latte, or even a "dirty" (chai latte - I learnt this from another customer), they make it perfectly!

If you have a coffee machine at home, or would like to make your own coffee, I'd highly recommend their beans "the sweet Georgia Brown" - - My go-to chocolatekie smooth beans. Or if the intense / stronger ones, "High beams" is there for you!

Oh my love for coffee is real! Thank you Con and Peter for making us the perfect coffee (yes, cups of them) and getting the best beans!

Byebye 470ml (g) and feel good about being part of the "life-saving" team with my O positive blood. I had to cancel my last appointment cos I wasn't the healthy enough to donate prior to the overseas trip, and there used to be restrictions period before you can donate again upon returning. My last memory was 3 months for Hong Kong, and 6 months if you go to China. 😑😑

Redcross staff called on Friday afternoon asking /almost begging if I have time to go and I told her about just returning from Hong Kong and China so I'm waiting for my turn to donate, with the sound of desperation from her, saying "oh it's OK you can donate after 4 weeks returning from China, and no waiting period from Hong Kong".... Geez they really need blood and O Pos blood is useful for most, here I come on Monday 😂

Guess what? I Wanna lose weight too! Thank you for taking half a kg off me

To celebrate the 470g (ml) weight loss during blood donation, I had party pie and sausage rolls (cheese and biscuits while waiting for my turn)-- check out my pretty bandage! Thank you to the lovely staff (special thanks to Cate's painless needle and the young lady who bandaged me so well) and feeding me ！Good night all! 😴😴😴
