TERM 2:: Week 1.
Theme: Handling & Positioning Within The Goal.
Fantastic turn out by both groups today on such a cold morning.
Aim of the session: 🎯
🔥Group - Little Champs🔥
• Learning and executing how to move around the goal mouth while maintaining correct body position.
• Coming off your goal line to close down the angle.
• Near post and far post shots - don't anticipate, react.
🔥Group - Advanced🔥
• How to cover the goal quickly while still being composed.
• Angled shots - staying light and having clean saves.
• How to react if the shot is parried into a dangeous area.
• Crossing and Distribution.

Theme: Reactions
Another wonderful morning for keeping!! Both age groups absolutely dominated this session, a mixuture of intensity, fun and disciplined technique brought our sessions to a whole different standard.
Massive thank you to all the keepers who attend week in week out, the clean sheets and mini victories are made from our early morning wake ups. 💪🔥

Week 7: Diving
Last nights session proved to be a fun and technical night.
All junior keepers attended as the older keepers had other duties to attend to.
For such a cold night we managed to create some energy and smash out some diving!! 🔥🔥⚽️
