After resting in wisdom, the energy now shifts to pattern recognition. Are your days the same? This degree will help you see patterns that keep you stuck and give you the perspective to change them.

Shadow work here may reveal a fear of the future, a tendency to avoid change, or a reluctance to plan due to feeling overwhelmed or restricted. You may have blocks that are preventing growth. The energy of Black Moon Lilith in May is all about awakening.

May marks the turning point of a nine-month cycle that began with uncovering the impulses we carry and is now asking us to consciously choose them or let them go. This is a process of becoming, shaped by how willing we are to respond with awareness.

As the creator of your world, you get to choose how much meaning you want to cultivate within it. And through the rest of this Sagittarian cycle, you are invited to do that with more clarity and ease. Or at least, that is the invitation if you are willing to do the work of both shadow and light.

This month, Black Moon Lilith moves from 14 to 18 degrees Sagittarius. This halfway point in her nine-month passage naturally creates a pivot. Midway energies ask you to respond to the environment you find yourself in consciously rather than automatically.

So the real question is:

What is it that you truly want?

It’s a funny thing, moving from one phase of life to the next.

It can be such a slow process, but then there are moments when it suddenly becomes more visible. As women, we move through the three great phases of life, yet they are not always properly recognised, initiated, celebrated, or mourned.

But they are, essentially, our lives.

Maiden. Mother. Crone.

This weekend I spent time with my beloved Grandma, who is 97. When I looked at her hands and saw how her bones had been shaped by the passage of time, I realised they were the markings of someone who has lived a full life.

Someone who was not only present for herself and everyone else, but who contributed to the making of life through hard work, love, and all the unseen things.

I consider myself to be in midlife, and as we are in a portal of ancestral knowledge for about another five days, it feels like a beautiful time to slow down and connect with the wisdom of those who came before us.

Sabian Symbol: “The Great Pyramid and the Sphinx.”

We move into May by carrying forward the stillness and wisdom of the previous portal's of April.

After all the inner work of this month, we arrive at the image of the pyramids and the sphinx, symbols of enduring wisdom and ancient knowledge.

Just as your emotional understanding deepens to bring a clearer sense of self, the passage of time and experience reveals a more universal awareness of who you are becoming. With this depth can come shadows around stopping, resting, or allowing integration after so much inner and outer movement.

Now the invitation is to rest in your new wisdom, much like the still presence of the pyramids and the sphinx themselves.

These are not surface-level sessions. These are deeper spaces where we actually go there.

🌑 Descending with the Goddess
This workshop contains a guided journey into the deeper layers of yourself, perhaps even deeper than you believed you could go. My hope is that you leave with a pathway you can travel again and again, because you will know the magic of this descent, how to move through it, why it matters, and from your own experience, just how powerful it can be.

🌹 Shadow Working with Divine Feminine Energies
This workshop is about grounding into shadow work practices that help you move beyond simply analysing your shadows as a mindful practice and into the raw energy of surrendering to what is present. This is the way I do my shadow work. It is how I have accessed my power, my gifts, and how I move through the shadows of life with more ease and grace.

Shadow is not something to fix. It means unknown. So this work is about witnessing, allowing the knowing to come, and then letting it transform into something else.

Sabian Symbol: A widow’s past is brought to light

There are moments on this path where something long held… quietly rises to the surface.

This is one of those times.

Memories, emotions, or patterns that were once hidden, forgotten, or misunderstood may begin to reveal themselves now. Not to overwhelm you… but to be seen.

To be felt.
To be understood.

This is the space of emotional honesty.

Old grief may surface.
Old stories may come forward.
And while this can feel heavy, it is also where liberation begins.

Because what is brought into awareness no longer has to live in the shadows.

You are not being asked to relive the past.
You are being invited to witness it differently.

To acknowledge what has shaped you… without allowing it to define you.

This is how understanding deepens.

And when it does, something shifts.

The emotional weight you’ve been carrying begins to soften. A clearer sense of self starts to emerge.

Not from avoiding the past… but from finally meeting it with truth.
