The weather has been picture perfect lately in Melbourne!!!

🫶🌞🫶

I’ve been waking up refreshed and excited for the change in seasons.

As Winter ends… and Spring takes centre stage.

I love what Spring represents.

New life.
New blooms.
Sunshine.
And pretty shades of all types of flowers.

🌸🌸🌸

(But if you are a tad unfortunate… dealing with hay fever in the air!)

More than anything else, I’m reminded that God wanted to make a bold statement this season:

That from behind the scenes of what Winter generally represents (grim, cold, dreary, a quiet season, often hibernating indoors…), we are taken into a magical season of colour, renewal, hope and vibrancy.

The days lengthen.

Beckoning us to be out and about.

Frolicking in the sun.

The Month of August 💝
Feels like every day is someone’s birthday this month!

And… today is one of those special days:

“Happy birthday Mum!” 🫶✨🫶

Wishing you a beautiful new year ahead, filled with love, laughter and all the happiness you deserve!

Thank you for always reminding to apply faith to every season of life.

Through the hills and valleys.

The byways and highways.

You’ve been such an example of what it means to keep believing, keep loving, and keep going.

Love you always. 💝

I was searching for some dress up photos from our South Korea trip but I couldn’t find it on my phone.

Instead, a collection of photos from the most adventurous HK trip (!!!), into some small town in China, one shot in South Korea (Gwanghwanum Square) all combined.

“Where is This Lift Going?”
Recently, we got into our hotel lift and accidentally ended up at the top floor.

Somehow, we knew we wanted to check out the other floors (including the rooftop) but we just hadn’t registered the thought properly.

The lift just had other ideas…

Cause others were engaged with the 39th level, and that’s where we ended up, rather unexpectedly!

I think life is often like that.

We get so busy doing the usual,
Ticking off To Do Lists,
Doing the chores,
People-pleasing,
Showing up for others,
Keeping on top of all the admin,
To ensure things get sorted out in the best fashion.

…That we can miss the real beauty of life and living.

We get busy.
Our boundaries are blurry,
And we just forget to live it up!!!
(To the 39th floor!)

Allowing the open doors,
Opportunities,
New floors and levels,
Take us to the places we are *really really* meant to go.

Look Up. Look Away. And Hold Space. 🤍
Sometimes, you have to turn your cheek.

Not because you don’t care.
But because you care deeply.

In my coaching calls, people sometimes share the parts of their lives that hurt the most… the stories they have carried quietly, sometimes for years.
(Other times, decades too.)

Not every pain needs to be fixed immediately.
There are frameworks.
Based on lived experiences.
There are strategies that work like clockwork.

Other times… people simply need someone who is willing to sit beside them in the darkness and say:

“I see you. I’m here. You don’t have to carry this alone.”

But when the call ends, I also have to know when to step away.

To unplug.
To breathe.
To look up.
To look away.

Because holding space for someone else’s pain is an honour, but we can’t carry every story indefinitely.

Turning your cheek doesn’t mean turning your heart away.

It means knowing when to protect your own capacity so you can continue showing up with compassion.

🫶🫶🫶

We can care without carrying everything.
We can cry with people who are hurting.
We can hold space without losing ourselves in their story.

And sometimes, the most compassionate thing we can do…for them and for ourselves… is to gently look up and remember:

There is still light beyond what we’re experiencing right now. 🤍

“What helps you come back to yourself after holding space for something heavy?” 💌

🌸 Word Came In Season🌸
This month my word was “Mental Diet”

***
Be careful what you feed your mind.

We think so much about what we put into our bodies… but what about what we repeatedly put into our minds?

The news.
Social media.
Other people’s fears.
The stories we tell ourselves.

The conversations we keep replaying.
On repeat 🔁

*Your mental diet matters, more than you think*

This doesn’t mean ignoring reality or pretending everything is positive.

It means becoming intentional.

Ask yourself:
“Is what I’m consuming informing me, empowering me… or feeding my fear?”

Faith VS Fear

Empowering…
Or… disempowering?

You can’t always control what happens around you.

But you can become more conscious of what you repeatedly allow into your mind.

Protect your peace.
Choose your inputs.
Question the story.

What are you feeding your mind
Each and every day?

Back to where it all began… and back home. 🤍

Last week, I found myself in Kuala Lumpur!!! 🇲🇾

Going back in time, revisiting places that stirred memories of home and reminded me of the girl I once was.

There was something surreal about standing in familiar places with new eyes.

*The past and present, meeting in the same moment*

And then I came home to Melbourne… only to discover that Melbourne has been named the world’s greatest city for 2026. 🇦🇺

It made me smile.

Because sometimes, you have to go back to where it all began to realise just how far you’ve come and how much there is to appreciate about where you are now.

KL holds some of my memories.
Melbourne holds my present.

And I’m grateful for both.

💭 Now I’m curious about you:

If you could go back to one place from your past, not to change anything, but simply to see it with the eyes you have today… where would you go?

Tell me below. ⬇️

Birthday month celebration, August!!!
It was so lovely to do something a little different this time around. We started the celebrations with a fun K-pop dance class, lots of laughs, plenty of dancing and definitely a few moments where we questioned whether we actually knew what we were doing! 💃

After working up an appetite, we headed into the city for a delicious meal and more good times together. 🥂🍽️

There may be fewer photos than usual, but honestly, I think that says it all… we were too busy enjoying ourselves, being present and making memories.

A really fun way to celebrate another year and spend some quality time with such wonderful people. Feeling very grateful for the laughs, the memories and the people who made the day so special.

We are goal-achieving machines. 🧠⚡
But here’s the thing…
We don’t achieve our goals through willpower alone!

Our brain, nervous system, emotions, habits and environment all influence how we think, perform and ultimately, what we achieve.

This is why I’m fascinated by neuroscience and the connection between mental fitness, wellbeing and productivity.

When we understand how our brain 🧠 works, we can become more intentional about how we focus, make decisions, manage stress, build habits and pursue our goals.

Because productivity isn’t simply about doing MORE.

It’s about having the energy, clarity and mental capacity to do what matters most.

And sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is…

STOP.
.

RESET.
RECONNECT.

In July and early August, I had the opportunity to do exactly that.

I was in Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 …surrounded by a different culture, different pace, different energy and new experiences.

And it reminded me of something I talk about often:

*Your wellbeing isn’t separate from your productivity.*

It is the foundation of it.

When we look after the person behind the goals, we don’t just perform better.

We live better.

And that’s where the real productivity magic happens. ✨

17/07/2026

Being productive isn’t about being wired. It’s about being well.

For too long, we’ve celebrated the kind of productivity that looks like a packed calendar, back-to-back meetings, and spending half the morning clearing emails before we’ve even started our real work!

But that’s not the kind of life I’m interested in creating. Or designing.

Or the one I hold space for, for my clients.

Real productivity begins the night before.

If your mind is racing when your head hits the pillow, your nervous system never truly gets the chance to reset.

You wake up tired, reach for caffeine (which I no longer do), react to whatever lands in your inbox, and repeat the cycle.

Imagine a different way.

Stop training to be an expert juggler.

Be the CEO of your life.

Day 40 of 40.💌

Being Time-Rich Is About Leverage
When people talk about being , they often imagine working fewer hours. But that’s only part of the story.

Being time-rich is also all about “leverage”.

Leverage is what allows your effort to create results beyond the time you put in.

1 + 1 = 11

Instead of constantly trading hours for outcomes, you build things that keep working even when you’re not.

It’s how you can !

The interesting part is that leverage comes in many many forms.

It could be technology that automates repetitive work, investments that generate returns, a team that multiplies your impact, or systems and processes that make your work more efficient.

Even knowledge, content, or products can become leverage when they continue creating value long after you’ve created them.

This doesn’t mean avoiding hard work.

It’s not about chilling by the beach weeks on end. Though, that’s not to say, impossible.

***

In fact, building leverage often requires a lot of upfront boo boos, sweat, tears, failing forward.

Stepping outside one’s comfort zone.

But the payoff is different. You’re no longer starting from zero every day.

It’s where the commitment has payoffs beyond just *money-wise*.

And…

The goal isn’t just to have more free time.

It’s to have more choice over how you spend your time.

That’s what being really means. 🫶✨🪽
