Please support The Mind Tradie with Jamie Usher in his 100km 24hours walk, raising awareness and also funds for Community Support Frankston for this years annual Frankston Community Appeal 😊

In my darkest times, I walked… And it helped get me through.

In order to raise awareness for the importance of physical movement, to build, improve and sustain our mental health, I’m going on a big walk!

On December 3rd at 12 am, I will begin my walk from Flinders Street Station in Melbourne, heading to Portsea at the end of the Mornington Peninsula. To do 100 km, in under 24 hours.

I will be raising money for a local charity that helps needy families out all you around, but particularly supporting their Christmas appeal that provides Christmas hampers for families for Christmas Day😀

Any support people could give to help me raise $10,000 would be so appreciated! Any donation would be great, and if for some reason you can’t donate please share this around! (Looking for local businesses for sponsorships also!)
