Please support The Mind Tradie with Jamie Usher in his 100km 24hours walk, raising awareness and also funds for Community Support Frankston for this years annual Frankston Community Appeal π
In my darkest times, I walked⦠And it helped get me through.
In order to raise awareness for the importance of physical movement, to build, improve and sustain our mental health, Iβm going on a big walk!
On December 3rd at 12 am, I will begin my walk from Flinders Street Station in Melbourne, heading to Portsea at the end of the Mornington Peninsula. To do 100 km, in under 24 hours.
I will be raising money for a local charity that helps needy families out all you around, but particularly supporting their Christmas appeal that provides Christmas hampers for families for Christmas Dayπ
Any support people could give to help me raise $10,000 would be so appreciated! Any donation would be great, and if for some reason you canβt donate please share this around! (Looking for local businesses for sponsorships also!)
