I’ll start.
Now it’s your turn. 🇮🇹
Your Weekend Invitation 🇮🇹
We’ve shared the retreat.
We’ve shared the heart behind it.
Now we have some very gentle homework for you.
This weekend, watch Nonnas.
Even if you’re not coming to Italy.
Even if you’re just curious.
Even if you simply want to feel something familiar and nourishing.
It’s a beautiful reminder of what happens when:
– food is love
– time slows
– people gather around the table
– stories matter
– and nothing important is rushed
This film captures the spirit of La Dolce Vita better than we ever could.
Watch it with a glass of wine.
Or with your family.
Or curled up on the couch alone.
And if, while you’re watching, something in you softens or stirs…
that’s worth paying attention to.
We’ll be back soon to share more about what we’re creating in Italy for August/September 2026.
Until then: Mangia bene, ridi spesso, ama profondamente.
If you’re curious or want to talk, you know where to find us. 🍷

We have a secret 🤫
Mara and I literally birthed this idea on Christmas Day (two days ago)…
and we’re still riding the excitement.
We’re creating a retreat for 2026
all we’ll say for now is:
very good food
very good wine
and a way of living that just makes sense.
Can you guess where?

If you’ve been following along, you’ll know these past few posts have been about gratitude for the work, the people, and the purpose that have carried me through this chapter.
This one feels extra special. 💛
I get to deliver training and coaching alongside my husband, SJ Greaves, through our shared venture, Little Red Notebook
What began as long conversations over coffee about leadership, inclusion, and how we see the world has grown into a neuro-inclusive strategy and leadership studio helping organisations and individuals rethink how humans work, lead, and thrive.
At Little Red Notebook, we blend lived neurodivergent experience, exclusive evidence-based frameworks, and human-centred design to shape lives and work that celebrate difference and unleash potential.
We partner with ND individuals and their organisations from the government, education, healthcare, and corporate sectors, delivering uniquely powerful programs such as The Catalyst Compass (for ND new and emerging managers), NeuroNexus Circles (ND Micro rooms working on specific topics and challenges), and The Red Key Initiative (ND C-Suite and Executive Coaching), all designed to create profound, real-world behavioural change from the inside out, all starting from a zero deficit construct.
Working with SJ Greaves feels like the most natural extension of everything I value: curiosity, deep listening, and presence. Every session reminds me that change doesn’t happen through theory, it happens through connection.
This is where my love for coaching, inclusion, and growth meet.
It’s where the personal and professional merge, and it’s an honour to build it with someone who shares both my purpose and my heart.
To SJ, thank you for being the calm, the clarity, and the co-creator of this wild and beautiful journey.
And to everyone who’s been following along, thank you for walking beside me as I re-emerge into this next chapter.
As I continue this work, I’m still opening a few spots for 1:1 mindfulness coaching until early 2026.
If you’re curious, reach out for a free discovery call, a space to connect, explore, and see if it feels right and aligned.

Over the past few days, I’ve been sharing a series of posts highlighting the incredible organisations I’ve had the privilege to work with each representing a different part of what keeps me connected to my purpose.
This one is all about women, leadership, and the power of doing business differently. 💛
I get to coach female private-practice owners alongside one of my dearest friends and absolute powerhouse, Sian Burton, the founder of Success Without Sacrifice™.
Sian has built something remarkable, a group coaching program designed specifically for female allied-health practice owners who are ready to grow their business without burning out in the process.
Every week I get to witness women creating solid wins, not just in revenue or systems, but in clarity, confidence, and the courage to lead in a way that feels aligned.
The conversations we have inside this program go far beyond strategy.
They’re about energy, boundaries, money mindset, and redefining what success actually looks like when you stop running on empty.
Coaching here connects every part of what I value , mindfulness, curiosity, and real-world transformation.
It’s women supporting women to lead with presence, purpose, and a whole lot of heart.
To Sian thank you for trusting me to walk beside you in this mission.
And to the practice owners thank you for showing up, doing the work, and proving that success really doesn’t have to come with sacrifice. 💛
This series of posts has been about showcasing the incredible businesses I’ve had the privilege to work with the ones that held me while I took a pause from mindfulness training and coaching.
As I keep working with these remarkable teams, I’m also opening up my books for 1:1 mindfulness coaching, creating space for those who want to explore mindfulness in action alongside their own personal and professional growth.
Realistically, I will only be able to work with four people and will need to relook at this in March 2026.

In my last post, I spoke about alignment and purpose.
This work with SMART Recovery AU is one of the parts of my professional world that enriches my life deeply. It connects me to something completely different community, resilience, and the courage people show on their recovery journeys.
My journey with SMART began as a National Trainer, helping to implement SMART Recovery meetings and support those who were trained to get groups running in their own communities.
For those unfamiliar, SMART (Self Management And Recovery Training) is a free, evidence-based, mutual-aid program that offers a space for people to come together and make changes to problematic or addictive behaviours using practical tools, connection, and community support.
It’s not just about recovery it’s about empowerment, self-awareness, and choice. It’s about helping people see that change is possible, sustainable, and theirs to lead.
When I’m delivering training and realise that every person in the room will go on to support others, the ripple effect becomes real, one training session can touch hundreds of lives. That’s impact you can feel.
Beyond the core SMART Recovery meetings, there are other remarkable programs that extend this work even further:
Yarn SMART a culturally responsive program developed in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
SMART Inside Out designed specifically to support people currently involved in the criminal justice system.
Youth Recovery created to support young people.
Family & Friends Meetings. These meetings are designed for loved ones themselves providing a supportive space to focus on their wellbeing.
There are also a growing number of specialised SMART meetings for women, LGBTQIA+ communities, pilots, Neurodivergent and many others. Each designed to meet people where they are, with compassion, inclusion, and a shared belief in recovery through connection.
To the SMART team- thank you for the privilege of walking beside you in this work.
And for those who’ve been following along, stay tuned for the next business I support. Coaching support for Practice Owners, where I get to work with my bestie Sian Burton.

When I pressed pause on teaching mindfulness, other parts of my work life expanded.
Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of delivering Jane’s trainings to many workplaces.
Jane is a powerhouse endlessly curious, always learning, and able to take complex research and turn it into something engaging and actionable for every team she touches. Whenever I deliver one of her 50 + sessions, I see people light up. They walk out feeling seen, capable, and inspired.
Through WunderTraining, I was introduced to and now deliver the VIA Strengths framework. It helped me understand why I feel so aligned and alive when my top strengths are engaged. Highly recommend this workshop!
💛 Love
Love sits at the centre of everything I do. I’ve built strong, loyal relationships with the people and organisations I work alongside, and when I operate from that place, I can facilitate connection, understanding, and healthy communication. Working with Jane brings this out in full force.
💛 Gratitude
Gratitude is something I see reflected back every time I deliver a session for WunderTraining the way teams lean in, the way they share, the way they thank you. It reminds me exactly why I do what I do.
But here’s the thing I can’t display gratitude if it’s fake. It has to be deeply genuine, felt, and real. Otherwise, it doesn’t belong.
I’m genuinely tired of the negativity that consumes so much of what we see every day. Maybe if we amplified gratitude just a little more, it could start to balance things out and bring us closer to the truth.
Real gratitude isn’t surface-level. It’s the pause to see what’s working, what’s true, and what’s worth holding onto even when things are hard. That’s what changes everything for me.
💛 Fairness
Fairness shows up in the way Jane leads and in the environments she creates. There’s balance, respect, and a genuine care for growth not just for participants, but for every facilitator who represents her work. When that fairness is present, I show up with even more energy, trust, and purpose.
Thankyou Jane!
Discovery calls for my 1:1 mindfulness coaching available.
