I've spent months whinging about my office. It's in the coldest part of the house, while the back opens onto sun, water, all of it.

And I stayed put anyway, because I wanted the big monitor.

That was the whole reason. 😂

Today I caved.

Laptop, outside, feet up.

Most productive day Ive had and not just in a ticked-everything-off kind of way.

I've actually been making things.

Sitting with the work that's already been turning up at my door, noticing what people keep asking me for, and wondering whether there's something in there I haven't given myself permission to build yet.

There is.

I'm not ready to say what. It needs a bit more room first.

But I'm properly excited about it, and “what's next” is starting to look a lot less blurry than it did last week.

Funny how the shift is rarely as complicated as we make it.

Sometimes you just move the laptop.

💙💚 I have something to share 💜💛

To think this only started in June 2026

I've recently become one of the registered mentors with the Meditation Association of Australia, the national peak body representing meditation teachers and professional standards in Australia.

After nearly 20 years of teaching meditation, it's a privilege to be able to support and encourage new teachers as they find their own voice, confidence and way of sharing this practice with others.

I still remember what it was like to be starting out, and I know how valuable it is to have someone in your corner. I'm looking forward to walking alongside others as they continue to grow into the teachers they're becoming.

If you know anyone who has recently completed their meditation teacher training, or is working towards full registration feel free to send them my way.

This is a wonderful new initiative from the Meditation Association of Australia, designed to support meditation teachers as they continue to develop professionally. I'm excited to be part of something that strengthens our profession and supports the next generation of teachers.

And yes... seeing my name on the registered mentors page made me smile.

Show me Italy without being in Italy.
I’ll start.
Now it’s your turn. 🇮🇹

Your Weekend Invitation 🇮🇹

We’ve shared the retreat.
We’ve shared the heart behind it.

Now we have some very gentle homework for you.

This weekend, watch Nonnas.

Even if you’re not coming to Italy.
Even if you’re just curious.
Even if you simply want to feel something familiar and nourishing.

It’s a beautiful reminder of what happens when:
– food is love
– time slows
– people gather around the table
– stories matter
– and nothing important is rushed

This film captures the spirit of La Dolce Vita better than we ever could.

Watch it with a glass of wine.
Or with your family.
Or curled up on the couch alone.

And if, while you’re watching, something in you softens or stirs…
that’s worth paying attention to.

We’ll be back soon to share more about what we’re creating in Italy for August/September 2026.

Until then: Mangia bene, ridi spesso, ama profondamente.

If you’re curious or want to talk, you know where to find us. 🍷

We have a secret 🤫

Mara and I literally birthed this idea on Christmas Day (two days ago)…
and we’re still riding the excitement.

We’re creating a retreat for 2026

all we’ll say for now is:
very good food
very good wine
and a way of living that just makes sense.

Can you guess where?

If you’ve been following along, you’ll know these past few posts have been about gratitude for the work, the people, and the purpose that have carried me through this chapter.

This one feels extra special. 💛

I get to deliver training and coaching alongside my husband, SJ Greaves, through our shared venture, Little Red Notebook

What began as long conversations over coffee about leadership, inclusion, and how we see the world has grown into a neuro-inclusive strategy and leadership studio helping organisations and individuals rethink how humans work, lead, and thrive.

At Little Red Notebook, we blend lived neurodivergent experience, exclusive evidence-based frameworks, and human-centred design to shape lives and work that celebrate difference and unleash potential.

We partner with ND individuals and their organisations from the government, education, healthcare, and corporate sectors, delivering uniquely powerful programs such as The Catalyst Compass (for ND new and emerging managers), NeuroNexus Circles (ND Micro rooms working on specific topics and challenges), and The Red Key Initiative (ND C-Suite and Executive Coaching), all designed to create profound, real-world behavioural change from the inside out, all starting from a zero deficit construct.

Working with SJ Greaves feels like the most natural extension of everything I value: curiosity, deep listening, and presence. Every session reminds me that change doesn’t happen through theory, it happens through connection.

This is where my love for coaching, inclusion, and growth meet.

It’s where the personal and professional merge, and it’s an honour to build it with someone who shares both my purpose and my heart.

To SJ, thank you for being the calm, the clarity, and the co-creator of this wild and beautiful journey.

And to everyone who’s been following along, thank you for walking beside me as I re-emerge into this next chapter.

As I continue this work, I’m still opening a few spots for 1:1 mindfulness coaching until early 2026.

If you’re curious, reach out for a free discovery call, a space to connect, explore, and see if it feels right and aligned.
