When serving, do you have your palm facing down in the early stages of your backswing? It’s super important to promote lag and maintain the kinetic chain, ultimately maximising force and power at contact. Head Pro, Ben takes student Hana through a simple drill that will instil muscle memory, especially around the sensation of lifting her racquet up using her shoulder and not her hand.
