Flashback to Term 1 where our AFL students got to experience the AFL Draft combine with

Footy for everyone. 🏈 SEDA College students from our West Region recently teamed up with the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation & AFL VIC for a Wellness Day. The day welcomed recent arrivals to Australia and introduced them to AFL Nines as well getting them involved in clinics and umpiring.

At SEDA College we use International Women’s Day as an important opportunity to educate and inspire our students, from celebrating women’s achievements to challenging gender stereotypes and bias.

Last week, we had the opportunity to officially launch our 2026 school year at the MCG. We were delighted to welcome Former Socceroo, MVFC Captain & Olympian and our very own teacher and former WNBA/WNBL Player & Coach Katrina Hibbert, who shared their inspiring stories with our students. We’re also grateful to our incredible College alumni who generously shared their amazing journeys. Looking forward to a fantastic year ahead!
