Welcome to Sharon’s Family Day Care 🌈

I’m an educator registered with Windermere FDC services ( (www.windermere.org.au) and operate under the National Quality Frameworks. I provide high quality education and care programs using the Early Learning Years Framework and Framework for School Aged Children.

I have worked as an educator for 18 years. In this time I have raised my 3 children along with FDC children which has been a blessing and enriching experience.

My philosophy as an Educator is to work with families on different levels, ensuring every family is valued, respected and feel a sense of belonging in my care.

As an educator, my role is to nurture every child, true to their personality, and to ensure their early learning years is relaxed, enriching and fun filled.

I believe it takes a village to raise a child. With that in mind, my approach is always to be inclusive and work with the families. My personal goal is when I bid goodbye to families and children, I would like them to look back at me and my family with love, respect, fond memories and a sense of family.
