A HEARTFELT THANK YOU
What an incredible night it was. We are still smiling when we think about the laughter, the dancing, the generosity, the excitement of the auction and most importantly, the amazing community of people who came together to support Change the One.
Our Gala Dinner and book launch was truly a night to remember. Over 140 wonderful people danced the night away, enjoyed a sumptuous three-course meal and drinks, tried their luck at the casino-style games, captured special memories in the photo booth and generously supported our auction and fundraising efforts.
But behind all the fun was something incredibly important.
Because of your generosity, we are now able to move closer to completing two very important missions that will change the lives of children and families.
• Hoa Mi Kindergarten — where we are helping to create a safer and more supportive learning environment, including new classrooms, a kitchen, toilets and a water filtration system to provide clean drinking water.
• Thien Tam Social Support Centre — where Change the One will help construct a new purpose-built facility to support approximately 40 children with disabilities and their families.
These are not just building projects. They are opportunities. They are hope. They are a hand up, not a handout - creating safer spaces, brighter futures and the chance for children and families to thrive.
