A Baptist pastor in Myanmar’s Chin state was killed by the military junta after being detained in May. The Rev. William had led Chungcung Baptist Church for more than 25 years and leaves behind a wife and five children.
Rev. Dr. Robin Stoops called it “an extrajudicial killing, carried out without due process or trial,” urging the U.S. and international community to hold those responsible accountable.
