Our upcoming concert will be on Sunday August 9 at the Tecoma Uniting Church 1566 Burwood Highway Tecoma. Time: 3.30pm. Come in out of the winter cold to enjoy a warm and exciting musical event with us. As always our concerts feature the talented local musicians who thrive in our community orchestra.

Coming up this weekend is a wonderful concert by the DRMC ensemble the Ranges Young Strings and Lyrebird Chamber Orchestra this Sunday 21 June at 3.00pm.

Venue is St Thomas Anglican Church, 12 Mountview Rd, Upper Ferntree Gully.

No bookings required. Concert is in aid of the Dandenong Ranges Emergency Relief Fund.

So proud of our Colour Notes Choir for their dedication to bringing community access to singing across the Dandenong Ranges.

At Community Bank Upwey & District and Emerald & District, we’re excited to share something special… our 2026 Staff Grant Program!

Each of our staff members was given the opportunity to choose and surprise a local community group they’re passionate about supporting. Because our team works with the community every day, they see firsthand the incredible work being done and were absolutely thrilled to support a local group with a surprise $1,500 donation. 💛

We’re excited to share these moments with you over the coming weeks.

7️⃣ Our seventh presentation was made by Lisa, our Customer Service Officer based in Upwey. Lisa chose to support the Dandenong Ranges Music Council (DRMC)

Lisa chose this group as she " has gotten to know people in the group from their regular banking at the Upwey branch and believes members will really benefit from this grant."

Our first concert for the year is coming up soon! 3pm Sunday May 3rd at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church 5 Morris Road Upwey (on the roundabout opp, the CFA). Lots of great music, some favourites plus some new. Adults $25, Cons $20 and kids under 16 are free.
