Kids Yoga develops mindfulness and teaches skills for self-regulation, through awareness and practice.
Physically children will develop strength, flexibility and coordination.

While gently softening with vibrations of the Himalayan sound bowl, you can release and allow your nervous system to reset. The afternoon immersion will close with warming chai and homemade bliss balls.😊
