Cricklewood Child Care and Kindergarten

Cricklewood Child Care and Kindergarten Enter through our front door to explore and discover our nurturing home that we have worked over 25 Call in any day any time!

Our centre is privately owned and has been run by the same family since January 1996 showing dedication to a quality program for our community. This professionalism has been evident over the years, by always providing the highest quality standard of care possible. All of our educators are trained and up to date with the latest teaching practices and techniques. We have three Bachelor of Early childhood teachers along with 11 Diploma Qualified who are supported by 7 trained certified assistants that deliver programs that cater for the social, emotional and educational needs of our children. Our centre has established a new curriculum that follows the National and Victorian Early Learning Framework which was introduced in 2009 by the Federal and Victorian Government. All children’s rooms are air-conditioned and heated and a security coded system installed only allows access to people that are authorised. Access to government funding is available for all families. Special support services are accessed to assist educators and families for children with additional needs along with Government funding that is available for all families. Easily accessible by car and public transport in a prime location with Peninsula link close at hand and conveniently located within walking distance to a large shopping complex, medical service, community facilities and local schools.

Our Kinder children climbed, discovered, and played in nature’s playground. From spotting bugs, discovering new plants, every moment was filled with wonder and joy.

We believe that going back to basics for children's learning is paramount and learning through play is an approach that aims to develop the child holistically. Our programs are developed based on the child's interests and with the Early Years Learning Framework and provide natural, open-ended and resourceful environments to make them confident learners without the use of modern technology.

On Friday we had special visitors come and see our kinder cubs🚓
Our friends from the local police visited our service and brought along their car allowing the children to sit in the car and turn in the lights and sirens🚨

Last week was educators day! A day to celebrate all the educators in childcare services🌸
We had a special morning tea and lunch where we all got to celebrate together and even got to enjoy some cupcakes sent to us by local MP Paul Mercurio! We had the coffee van, us as well as got some special presents from management.
