We are so excited to launch our collaboration with Aboriginal social enterprise Clothing The Gap — the 'Earth | Sun | People' Notebook Collection! Available now at http://met.org.au/earth-sun-people/

For us, we have created much more than a collection of premium, sustainable notebooks:

• Designed by Laura Thompson, a Gunditjmara woman and Co-founder of Clothing The Gap, the artwork is inspired by the colours and symbolism of the Aboriginal flag

• Every collection supports the social enterprise and Aboriginal business sectors, contributes to Aboriginal employment, and funds literacy education for children in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

• Our sustainable production process reflects our shared belief in treading lightly and caring for Country for future generations

NAIDOC Week has come and gone for another year, but this always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land. All year round, let's continue to work together toward a better future grounded in justice and self-determination for our First Peoples.

Totes for change in the city of Melbourne!

ALL PROFITS from the sale of this tote bag will be used to purchase Street Libraries — small boxes full of books, accessible from the street and freely exchanged and shared between neighbours, friends and passers-by. The Street Libraries will be gifted to local communities that need them most!

To create this bag, we joined forces with one of our favourite Melburnians, Chris Cincotta (the human behind Humans In Melbourne and ‘’). The bag was proudly designed in Melbourne, and ethically and sustainably produced in collaboration with Freeset to create meaningful employment opportunities for women impacted by the s*x trade in India.

We have only made 500 bags, and more than 300 have sold in the first 48 hours! There is flat rate shipping of $6.00 within Australia, no matter how many bags you purchase. Get in quick to secure yours at https://met.org.au/product/melbourne-i-love-you-tote/.
