Free Spirit Budo System

Free Spirit Budo System classes are every Sunday 7pm till 8pm and every Wednesday 6pm till 7pm
at the sport waikato fishing club on grantham street . We also do fitness classes.

We teach a mixed martial arts style which includes Karate, Jujitsu, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu. With Japanese disiplines and spiritual elements of Budo.
