Hola!

I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia, where I worked as a nurse before moving to Australia 18years ago.

I have been teaching Spanish for the past 7 years and also gained over 10 years of experience in education as a Teacher Assistant/Integration Aide, supporting students of all ages. This experience has given me strong skills in tailoring lessons to each student’s individual needs and goals, and in making adjustments that help students feel confident in their learning.

Sharing my beautiful language has brought me so much joy that it is now my full time profession. I am a certified ELE teacher (Español como Lengua Extranjera – Spanish as a Foreign Language).

My students range from beginners to advanced learners, from 5 years old to 65 years young including school and university students, travellers, professionals, and parents. Everyone is welcome: Español para todos is Spanish for all!

Each lesson is designed to suit the student. With younger learners, I focus on playful, interactive activities, while with older students I keep lessons fun, engaging, and fresh.

I also have extensive experience tutoring students in the International Baccalaureate Program, many of whom have achieved excellent exam results.
