🦠Detoxing 101Basics

1st things 1st - Get your Drainage Pathways Opened if you ain't πŸ’© 3x a day - sweating like 🐷 for at least 45 mins or drinking at least 2ltrs of water and doing conscious breathing your pathways are not open.

2ndly Fix your terraine......
Proper nutrition that does not feed the 🦠 is required that's means no processed food refined sugars sodas nd all that junk πŸ₯žπŸŸπŸ₯¨πŸ₯―πŸ”πŸ•πŸ”

3rdly Have you done a heavy metal detox? If not get on top it...taking binders like chlorella activated charcoal, D.E as long as hydration is at an adequate level.

I was sharing in a group about the 🦠 today and i had a 'specialist' tell me that having parasites isn't helpful. Well guess what if you are loaded with heavy metals from environmental exposure they might well be saving you life and before you decide to do any detox it's worth knowing your basics otherwise you will be hit with a myriad of adverse events known as Herxhiemer reactions.... basically toxic overload from parasite die off and yes it won't be pretty.

My favourite way to start the day?

Morning routine Beach walk and cold morning dip and some yoga.

Salt water is great cleanse for mind body and spirit.

That cold water helps to sharpen the mind getting you outta the head and into the body and it sends blood flow to the internal organs for deep healing.

It also tightens the pores on the skin for a more youthful look.
