The WAM club is pleased to welcome Professor Carlos Pallero, from our exchange partner school IE Business School, for his masterclass titled ‘Moving beyond 2020 and skills for success’.

When: Thursday, 5th April (6.00pm - 8.00pm)

Professor Pallero will discuss skills that are relevant to enjoy the present, design the future and create the life we want to live by managing change from the inside out.

After the presentation there will be an opportunity to chat with fellow MBS students, alumni and guest speaker.

Great panel discussion last Thursday at the Melbourne Business School about diversity and the future of the energy industry. Executive and senior leaders from across the industry talked with current MBAs about trends in the energy sector, opportunities for innovation, practical programs for improving workforce diversity and guidance on building a career in energy.

The event features panelists from across the political spectrum and at all levels of government:
Clare O'Neill, Federal Labor Member for Hotham and Shadow Justice Minister;
Stephanie Ryan, Member for Euroa and Deputy Leader of the National Party in Victoria; and
Rebecca Paterson, Independent Mayor of Monash City Council

Additionally, important broader perspectives will be provided by Dr. Andrea Carson, the academic director of Melb University's Pathways to Politics Program for Women, which helps aspiring candidates to navigate the hurdles of pre-selection and the challenges of political life.
