There’s been a little extra hop in the air today as we’ve spotted some early Easter surprises popping up around the place 👀🥚 The children have been full of excitement, laughter, and big smiles waving to our Easter Bunny!

We can’t wait to keep the Easter celebrations going with more activities, creativity, and maybe even a few sweet treats along the way 🍫✨

As the weather cools down, little bodies need warm, nourishing food to keep them going 🍛

Our new autumn menu is filled with comforting, wholesome meals designed to support your child’s wellbeing and growing appetite.

🦋✨ Meet the newest member of our Milestones Early Learning Seaford family… Bindi Bindi! ✨🦋

We recently invited our children, families and educators to help us choose a name for our beautiful new baby doll. We are so proud to announce her name is Bindi Bindi, meaning butterfly in the Noongar language of Western Australia.

Butterflies represent growth, transformation and new beginnings — such a meaningful symbol within early learning 💛

As part of our ongoing commitment to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our curriculum, we are excited to be partnering with Wandana Aboriginal Education. They have generously provided us with beautiful resources and lesson plans to help guide respectful, meaningful Indigenous cultural learning within our programs.
Through storytelling, play and conversation, we look forward to deepening children’s understanding of culture, connection and community in age-appropriate and authentic ways.

Thank you to our children, families and team for your thoughtful input in naming Bindi Bindi — we can’t wait for all the learning and conversations she will inspire 🦋

We are so excited to share that our Three-Year-Old Kinder Kits are here and ready for our little learners!

Each Kinder Kit is filled with carefully selected books and toys to support your child as they begin their kinder adventure.

Don’t forget to scan the QR code included in your Kinder Kit!
The QR code gives you access to:
• Helpful tips on how to enjoy the contents of your kit
• Videos and translated materials
• Auslan readings of the books
• Other resources to explore together at home.

We encourage families to explore the kit together and make the most of these wonderful learning tools.

Our Nursery friends have been enjoying a cosy storytelling setup inspired by “Wombat Stew” Complete with Australian bush animals, natural textures, and plenty of curiosity. A beautiful space for imagination, language, and connection 💚

Big feelings can be loud, exhausting, and sometimes arrive at the worst possible moment 🌻

For toddlers and preschoolers, emotional blow-ups often happen because they’re still learning how to cope with frustration, change, and big moments, not because anyone is “doing it wrong”.

At Milestones, we support children through big feelings with calm, consistent care, helping them feel safe while they build emotional skills over time.
