Today we celebrated our wonderful educators and the incredible work they do each and every day. 💕🌈

Our team enjoyed a special celebration filled with appreciation, laughter, thoughtful surprises and lots of love! 🥰🎉

Showcasing our BEAU TI FUL 3 Year old Kinder room
Inquiry Project this term is all things BUGS 🦋🐛🪰

This term our 3 year old Kinder's have been learning about BUGS.

Here they have a mini beast investigation lab where the children can look at bugs through the lightbox and investigate closely. What do they see? What do they hear? What do they feel like?
The BUGS theme translated into their room area as well with this amazing set up of materials to imitate a BUGS habitat. The team also created multiple sensory play spaces which again were created with inspiration from BUGS using bug stampers in sand and wonderful pebbles and pasta to create honeycomb.

Our inquiry projects are always child led and focused on what the children would like to learn or know more about .. We wonder what next term will be?

🌿 A Little Act of Kindness Goes a Long Way 🌿

Sometimes it's the smallest gestures that make the biggest impact.
Our kinder friend Lucas noticed that the plant at the front of our centre was looking a little sad and in need of some love. He thoughtfully asked his mum if they could visit Bunnings, where his nanny works so he could choose a brand new plant for our entrance.
Today, Lucas proudly helped replant it with some of his Kinder friends, giving our front entrance a fresh new look for everyone to enjoy. 🌱

Thank you, Lucas, for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and for taking such wonderful care of our learning environment. We also extend our thanks to Lucas's family for supporting his caring idea.

🚒 Fire Safety 👨‍🚒

A huge thank you to Patterson River Fire Station for visiting our kindergarten and delivering such a fun, engaging, and important fire safety incursion!

Our children had a wonderful time learning about fire safety, meeting the firefighters, and exploring the fire truck. It was an experience they will remember for a long time.

As a small token of our appreciation, our kindergarten children created some special pictures for the firefighters and put together some snacks for them to take on the road while out protecting our community.

Thank you for everything you do to keep us safe. We are so grateful for your dedication, kindness, and service. ❤️🚒
