Please share dates with friends and family that might be interested. The holiday clinics are an intensive way to improve and have lots of fun. We work on all the technique aspects, play lots of games and focus on point play with the older students.

🎥Congratulations to the Human Highlight Niduk🎞️ He travelled to Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 for the past 2 weeks to compete in his first ITF junior events, J30 Colombo, where he won an incredible 5 of 7 matches 👏 Making final round of qualifiers, then the 2nd event qualifying & winning his first Main draw match. This is just the beginning for the up and coming star ⭐️

🥶 May Edition Friday Night Ladies 🥶 Starting to get cold outside, but the ladies tennis was heating things up 🔥

🚀 Serve Progressions with Georgiana 🚀 Georgiana was working on getting her body weight and momentum to go straight towards the the target & also not leaning forwards after the serve, collapsing. Instead of having the back foot coming around to the side, losing power & control of the balls direction. Collapsing after the serve has been causing the ball to dump into the net during matches.
The fixes:
Throwing- teaching awareness of turning hips to initiate the forward movement of swing. Also awareness of chest position to be balanced.
Serving in tramline- this is to help her identify which direction her back foot & body weight are moving. Once the back foot, the hips, the jump & landing all go forwards in direction she was aiming, it was time to practice serving out wide on Ad side to attain that same feeling. Then keep the same fundamentals for 2nd serves
🎾😊 Friday Mornings at ATC 😊🎾 Each day we run similar programs. Adult Privates, Tournament Player Privates, Kinder sessions, Ladies groups, Performance groups. Children’s groups run 4pm onwards each weeknight & Saturday mornings 😎
