Class Act Theatre in Education will be closing at the end of Term 4. Established in 1994, we are provided paid work for hundreds of actors, directors, composers and other theatre creatives. We have visited thousands of schools and performed to well over a million students. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Class Act family over nearly 3 decades. We had a good innings.

So we 'celebrated' R U OK Day here in Melbourne yesterday, huddled in our homes, sending virtual hugs along the line to one another. And to commemorate this, last night I shared a bit about my mental health lived experience and emerging career in psychology, live to Instagram. I thought it might be a resource to some of my friends here. See below to watch my R U OK Day Mental Health talk for 2020, and refer to the comments below for a compilation of resources that I assure you, will be useful in this time.
