Gay and lesbian switchboard is a volunteer organization which provides a free and confidential telephone counseling, referral and information service= for the Victorian and Tasmanian GLBT community. Their phones are staffed by trained volunteers who are themselves lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. They are also happy to speak to friends and family of the GLBT community. Transgender Victoria
