🥜Ginger has been shown to lower blood sugar levels and improve various heart disease risk factors in people with type 2 diabetes.

🥦Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and vitamin A, all while being low in calories.

Sometimes change may not be what we want. Sometimes change is what we need.

What a big week, moving to a new home, starting a new job but finally settling down.

Don’t forget that progress is impossible without a change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

Eating a healthy diet is not about strict limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and boosting your mood.

You don’t have to be perfect, you don’t have to completely eliminate foods you enjoy, and you don’t have to change everything all at once that usually only leads to cheating or giving up on your new eating plan 💚

For me, balance is the key to have a good habits.

That's why I want to give you some ideas of what I am eating in a day.

I try to drink around 1.5 liter of water, and it helps to avoid cravings…

Snacks are allowed but not all the time.

Did you know that adding color to your meals will help you live a longer, healthier life? 💚

Colourful fruits and vegetables can paint a beautiful picture of health because they contain phytonutrients, compounds that give plants their rich colors as well as their distinctive tastes and aromas.

🍓 Red found in strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, tomatoes, cherries, apples, beets, watermelon, red grapes, red peppers, red onions.

🍊Orange and yellow found in carrots, sweet potatoes, yellow peppers, oranges, bananas, pineapple, tangerines, mango, pumpkin, apricots, winter squash (butternut, acorn), peaches, cantaloupe, corn.

🥦Green found in spinach, avocados, asparagus, artichokes, broccoli, alfalfa sprouts, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kiwi fruit, collard greens, green tea, green herbs (mint, rosemary, sage, thyme, and basil)

🫐Blue and purple found in blueberries, blackberries, elderberries, Concord grapes, raisins, eggplant, plums, figs, prunes, lavender, purple cabbage.
