I’m very excited to announce, that we are starting a new Stretching Class every Wednesday 7.30pm in Melbourne Acrobatic and Dance studio, Moorabbin.

Our every day lives can lend to shortened muscles, especially after sitting for long periods of time. Shortened muscles, in turn, decrease range of motion and can trigger body aches and pains.

How do we prevent this?
According to research, when you stretch your muscles, you are also stretching all of the blood vessels that feed into the muscle. This includes your arteries. If you reduce the stiffness in your arteries, there is less resistance to blood flow which can result in a reduction in blood pressure.

Combine stretching with mindful breathing and it can help to reduce stress, tension, anxiety and depression which create better sleeping and healing processes in your body.

I’m delighted to invite you all to my Ballet Fitness class.

This class is for anyone who wants to develop strength, power, flexibility and graceful ballet posture.

I’m professional ballerina and have taught Fitness Ballet and classical Ballet for more than 10 years. There’s no need of any ballet experience to join our class and there are both daytime and evening lessons available.

This class is based on Russian classical ballet class and adapted for people without any experience in to develop fitness, core strength and flexibility.
