Massive congratulations to our kids team who had an awesome grading this week!! Special congratulations to Andy and Riaan on achieving new belts! Seeing our kids team grow in size and ability is a testament to the hard work and dedication from the kids and the sacrifices of the parents who get them down to train! Trusting us with building their kids up to be strong and capable is a huge responsibility and one we don’t take lightly!!

We’re tremendously proud of all the team who stepped up today and very grateful to our coaching staff and the rest of the team who came down to support!!

Awesome class tonight!! Covered some killer techniques and the team did unreal! Today I decided to surprise my long time student Thai with his purple belt today! When he first came to me he didn’t really feel comfortable in the belt that he was wearing but through a lot of hours working together I’m confident he can wear this one with pride! 🙏❤️📈

Awesome day with some of the comp team jumping in for grappling industries today! Congratulations to who AS A WHITE BELT managed to beat the current no gi BROWN BELT m1 European Champion on her way to a silver in the Absolute and a Gold in the blue belt division! Congratulations to who had 4/5 subs and one points loss on his way to a bronze medal! Lastly shoutout to who had a couple of nice wins! Super stoked to see the amount of support from the rest of the team! Really speaks volumes about the community we’ve all built together! ❤️❤️
