The facts no one else is willing to share!
Motivation isn’t about waking up at 5am and drinking green juice 😅
It’s about doing the boring stuff even when Netflix is calling.
Science says habits > motivation.
Translation: don’t wait to “feel ready,” start messy, stay consistent, and let future you say thanks.
You don’t need superpowers.
You need reps, patience, and maybe a good playlist 🎧
Now go do the thing.

Small habits that accumulate over time!
4 things we aren’t doing this year 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
🥂 food guilt: no allowing yourself to enjoy the finer things in life.
🩷 body shaming: just because your not where you are yet doesn’t mean you need to get upset over it keep going !!
✌🏼 all or nothing mentality: this s**t needs to stop! Small baby steps and you’ll get there !
👻 ghosting your coach on bad days: just because you went over doesn’t mean you should ghost us! Let us know and we can find improvements for you!
I didn’t say it !!
5 years later…
A lot of growth and a lot of dedication I am very proud of myself and what I have achieved!
This is what happens when you actually commit to your results and the process!
