Congratulations to the Australian Gymnastics Team selected to represent Australia at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

This is an incredible achievement for every athlete, coach, club and support team involved, and we look forward to cheering on the green and gold as they take to the Commonwealth Games stage.

A special congratulations also to the Victorian athletes and coach selected as part of the team. We’ll be sharing more on our Victorian representatives soon.

Victoria will be strongly represented on the Commonwealth Games stage in Glasgow, with Kate McDonald from C*C GymSports, along with Breanna Scott and Emily Whitehead from Waverley Gymnastics Centre, selected to represent Australia in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.

We are also proud to see Waverley Gymnastics Centre coach Yusuf Topari appointed to the Australian coaching team.

These selections are a significant achievement and reflect the dedication, perseverance and commitment shown by each athlete and coach over many years.

On behalf of Gymnastics Victoria and the Victorian gymnastics community, congratulations to Kate, Breanna, Emily and Yusuf on this outstanding achievement.

We also acknowledge C*C GymSports and Waverley Gymnastics Centre for the pivotal role they play in supporting these gymnasts to reach this milestone.

We look forward to following their journey and cheering them on as they represent Australia on the Commonwealth Games stage.
