For the trainers who continue to show up for our community while juggling motherhood, work, family, and life behind the scenes.
For the mums who continue to show up for themselves — and for the ones who don’t always get the chance to, because a little human at home needs them more in that moment.
Thank you for all that you do — the seen and unseen.
For the love you give so freely.
For the strength you carry quietly.
For the way you continue to show up, even when it’s hard.
We are grateful to witness women choosing themselves again.
Grateful for every early morning, rushed arrival, pram parked outside, and every “I nearly didn’t come today” but you showed up anyway.
