Throughout the week, our little learners participated in a variety of exciting environment-themed activities, including sea animal explorations π π’ and a bee-themed sensory setup ππΌ. These hands-on experiences helped children develop fine motor skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, language skills, and environmental awareness.

Our Pre-Kinder children had a wonderful hands-on learning experience today! They made their own play dough and used it to create Aboriginal symbols, exploring storytelling, culture, and creativity through art.
The children enjoyed mixing the ingredients, developing their fine motor skills, and expressing their ideas through symbolic designs. We are proud of their enthusiasm and the thoughtful creations they produced while learning about Aboriginal perspectives and traditions.

πΏβ€οΈπ€π Our toddlers enjoyed exploring Reconciliation through creative and hands-on learning experiences. They created the Aboriginal Flag using a collage technique, helping to strengthen their fine motor skills while encouraging creativity and active participation.
The children also decorated boomerang artworks and explored Aboriginal symbols, including camp areas, rivers, and kangaroo tracks. Using sand to create these symbols provided a fun sensory experience while helping children learn about Aboriginal culture and storytelling in an age-appropriate way.
It was wonderful to see their curiosity, engagement, and excitement as they learned through play and art. πΏ
