Meet Dani, Spark's account manager for schools in the North East VIC region. Despite being the newest member of the Spark team, she's a whiz at creating and managing bookings for our schools and teachers. Dani is an indispensable part of our team of Account Managers, who support schools across Victoria with their staffing needs.

With a background in sales and a dedication to client relationships, Arabella is our account manager for the ECEC sector. From onboarding early childcare centres to supporting educators and ECTs, Arabella brings a friendly smile to every corner of Spark's childcare services.

It's our birthday!

4 years ago, Spark Relief Teachers entered the world of emergency staffing with our first CRT placement. Since then, we've onboarded thousands of teachers and schools, growing our community every day.

We've joined the Victorian Department of Education's CRT Panel, expanded into early childhood education and care, and started providing education support services to our schools. Our technology and our people have remained at the heart of our organisation every step of the way.

Today, as we continue to connect education providers with staff, we want to say a huge thank you to the Spark community for supporting us over the last 4 years. Here's to another year!

Our team of Account Managers works hard to make sure every school and childcare centre's staffing needs are met. Sarah brings a background in sales and relationship management to her role, overseeing school bookings in the South West area of the state.

Meet our co-founders, James and Andrew. Childhood friends; an engineer and a teacher. Andrew and James were living together during the COVID pandemic and decided they wanted to quit their respective jobs and start something new... and so the story of Spark began!

Now, Andrew oversees the development team that designs, builds and maintains the Spark app and technology. James leads the Spark product team and oversees all the day-to-day operations and communications.
