was amazing and the time I spent investing in future of TSC was powerful.
My gratitude for Mia and Fi .business runs deep. They are both incredibly supportive and intelligent humans. They have created a community that promotes kindness, inclusion and a heavy dose of real talk when you need it and I don’t know where I would be without this community.

I knew The Sleep Collective community would be keen to know more about it, so here is an overview of study and my thoughts of some key takeaways.
I also did my best to keep it short while still recognizing the nuance. Not always easy!

12 hours of sleep. Every night. After one talk.
Messages like this are why I do what I do. 🥹
A few simple changes after one presentation and this family went from survival mode to 12 hours of sleep a night.
If you're part of a mothers group, playgroup or parents community that could use some practical sleep support, I'd love to come and talk.
Drop me a DM and let's make it happen.
