You don't find a loophole to beat the system for the requirements of
* Financial Evidence
* English Proficiency
For your financials:
The department wants to know your financial capacity. NOT THE MONEY IN YOUR BANK.
The department wants to be assured that in case of an unpredictable event like job loss, injury, homelessness, YOU HAVE AMPLE AMOUNT OF CASH/LIQUID ASSETS TO SUFFICE FOR YOUR STAY, EDUCATION(FEE) AND TREATMENT.
Australia does not want to take on the blame or to compensate which is right.
You come here ! Australia doesn't force you !!
For your English:
It is the format. The simple questions which you have to understand properly and answer.
What's hard mate.
And if you don't know English, how will you work or talk here !!
There are hundreds of revisional curriculum online. Same format.
Story Books, Podcasts, English movies with subtitles and Aussie friends are your best friend here.
You can still do your IELTS 50 times after lodgement. Just state your intentions.
Remember: Not everyone has the same IQ or Wealth. But the effort. That is what they want.

If your visa is expiring, and you do not have Financials and English !
Lodge/extend your visas as how it should and state/attach evidences of your IELTS/PTE bookings and request the Department to allow you sometime to arrange for the Financial Evidences.
Nobody has 40k aud on hand.
But you do have a house, car, farm, sibling income, ancestral properties, parents bank, parents super. That should do.
