Welcome! 😃 I’m Kim, a former kinder and primary teacher. I enjoy teaching, especially the junior grades (love their vivid imaginations & ideas) and also decorating & doing chocolate strawberries on the side (during 1st lockdown). All the things posted here are “hand made” and “made to order”, so it’s done with care, effort and flair.😁 *I use a double boiler method to melt the chocolate and not the microwave for quick easy fix.
*chocolate strawberries are made fresh on the day of pickup/deliver *consume chocolate strawberries within 24 hours of pickup/delivery as “fresh is best’’ & best when refrigerated.
