Happy 4th Anniversary.
It is a profoundly fulfilling experience when you do something you are passionate about and simultaneously allows you to experience your sense of purpose.
I started this OET coaching service, not on purpose. In 2018, I used to comment and share my little knowledge when members of a certain OET FB group for nurses posted their outputs, asking other members to rectify or revise their letters. I slowly received private messages with the same request. Until one day, it blew up. Then, it was in September 2019 that the official nascency of James Bello OET came to be.
My wife and I did not realise that we had been doing this for five years ( or four years officially). When your passion intersects with positively impacting people's lives, it becomes a powerful source of motivation and satisfaction, we have to say. We think one of the biggest takeaways here is that whether your hobby involves volunteering, mentoring, teaching, or any other form of assistance, the combination of your passion and your desire to make a difference is a powerful force for positive change. Keep nurturing this sense of purpose, which can bring personal and societal benefits.
Today, JB OET have 1.6k followers. We feel flabbergasted at how this happened. It is unbelievable. More than anything, we challenge others who can teach and mentor our fellows to start and take the lead now. Together, we can make a better society.
