Hamming it up for the camera on New Year Eve. Glazed ham is such a fabulous way of entertaining a large crowd.

This is my recipe for a delicious glazed ham

1 1/2 cups marmalade
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup whisky
1/2 tspn sea salt

Mix well together

Score ham in diamond pattern, stud each point with a clove, brush with the marinade and bake…

Big weekend celebrating the big 60!!

scrolls made for awesome birthday treats… me being me, I had to embellish the delicious cinnamon scrolls with fried flowers, gold leaf and a sprinkling of baby’s breath.
