This is from last weeks Level 1 Beginner class.

Looking forward to teaching Level 1 and 2 as well as the social dancing!

Tonight in Level 2 for musicality and technique we will be focusing on Fast and Slow. How to dance moves to a slower song and faster songs and how to bring different energies into your movements to highlight the difference to add more depth to your dancing. Last week we covered loud and soft! Hi Dance Family!

Both levels are suitable for beginners, as we will be extending the moves in the Begginers class in the technique class as well as focus on musicality.

Level 2 is where we focus more on the technique of each move, and how to do different variations of the moves, and focus on different musical elements such as how to dance the moves at slower and faster tempos and ways to express and highlight musicality with the moves.

Each class is designed as a stand alone class so all good if you can’t make every class, but there is a curriculum I’ve designed to cover the 20 basic moves and extensions as well as deeper musical elements over the next few months.

I am so excited to share these classes with you. They are short, focused so you can quickly learn and apply to your social dancing.

And because dancing together is the most FUN bit there is a good 1 1/2hrs of social dancing.

I created an option if you can’t get to the class you can come out just for a night of social dancing!

Starting this Tuesday the 30th of May!!!
