Another exciting moment was celebrated last week as we recognised the ninth intake of VMCTA trainees who successfully completed the TLI30122 Certificate III in Mobile Crane Operations.
Graduation days are always a proud occasion, not only for the learners but for everyone who has supported them along the way. This group showed real dedication throughout their training, committing themselves to developing the practical skills, knowledge, and safety awareness required to work in the mobile crane industry. Reaching this point is no small achievement and reflects the hard work, persistence, and determination each of them brought to the program.
A sincere congratulations to all graduates for the effort and resilience you demonstrated to get across the finish line. Your commitment to learning and improving your craft is something to be proud of.
We wish each of you every success as you move forward in your careers and continue building your experience within the industry.

Last week, we proudly celebrated our second group of learners completing the 22614VIC Certificate II in Building and Construction Pre-apprenticeship (Bricklaying).
It was fantastic to come together with staff, learners, and their families to recognise the dedication and effort that brought everyone to this celebration. Each graduate committed 22 weeks of hard work, turning up each day ready to learn, build their skills and support one another along the way.
Watching the growth in confidence, capability and teamwork across the group has been truly rewarding. From mastering the fundamentals to developing strong work habits , every learner has taken important steps toward a successful career in the trade.
We now look forward to seeing everyone continue their journey into Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying, and to watching them flourish as the next generation of skilled tradespeople. If this group is anything to go by, the future of bricklaying is in very good hands.
