I asked a question in a FB group - what do you struggle with most when it comes to weight loss/exercise. Most people tend to say "not being able to eat what I love."
THIS is where most people go wrong - you don't have to give up the foods you love! If you do you will most likely fail unless you have the most amazing will power!
It's all about being in a calorie deficit. You CAN and should still eat discretionary amounts of things you love while being in your calorie deficit. I also strongly recommend using an app to track your calories. Most of them have a barcode scanning feature making it so easy to use. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!

Why have a morning routine?
It will set the tone for your day, allowing you to control your schedule rather than it controlling you!
When we start every day off "fresh" we can focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritise our time & ultimately increase our productivity.

Did you know...your brain is wired to be prefer taking the easy way?
It will literally pick sitting on the couch over doing exercise.
So our brains have to work so much harder to pick physical exercise over Netflix. So the message today is:
Stop calling yourself lazy
Stop wondering what's wrong with you.
It's natural, it's normal! Our brains are naturally attracted to laziness.
Therefore you have to have plans in place that you can follow, that work for you to combat this laziness. And if you don't have a "why" then you will struggle. Find your "why" so you can make it happen, and stop finding it so hard to do certain things.

🔥 It fits in so well with coaching - if you're not happy with something change it!!
🔥 Light a candle could be: change your mindset, stop your negative self talk, write an action plan, create a vision, set goals, get help from a coach!!

Happy Monday all!
Don't forget to set your intentions for the week.
Read over your vision and check to see that it still resonates with you and fills you with feelings of happiness.
Check over your 3 monthly goals & ensure they are building blocks to achieve your vision.
Finally set new weekly goals that work towards your 3 monthly goals.
Make sure you celebrate your wins!!! Pat yourself on the back, be proud of what you have achieved. Remember if one of your goals was - I will workout for half an hour on Mon, Wed and Fri & you achieved the workout on Mon and Wed - you haven't failed! You achieved 66.66% of your goal.
