I love using paint sticks with crayons and soft pastels. All the different marks and textures you can make ... yummy 😋

It has been a joy to watch Abbey express her versatility. With a little bit of coaxing from me, she stepped out of her comfort zone and created these amazing images of painted flowers that were created from her original photographs. These painted drawings add a whole new thread to her creative bow. As a teacher, it is amazing to see and makes me know why I do what I do. Thanks, Abbey, for joining in the process. It's been an absolute pleasure 🪷🏵🌺💖🙏
