Last month, Imran got down on one knee and asked Tahnee the question she had been waiting to hear since the day they met!

True to the queen that Tahnee is, Imran planned the most beautiful proposal, surrounded by a breathtaking backdrop of candles and roses, creating a moment they will cherish forever ✨

We couldn't be happier for this wonderful couple as they begin this exciting new chapter together. Wishing you both a lifetime filled with love, laughter, happiness, and endless beautiful memories. ❤️✨

🦁🦁 KidsRoar – Child Protective Behaviours and Personal Safety 🦁🦁

Recently, the kindergarten children took part in the protective behaviours and personal safety program, designed to support the development of early awareness and understanding personal safety concepts in a safe, developmentally appropriate and engaging way.

Through intentional teaching and guided group discussions, the children explored how their feelings can act as important early warning signs about feeling and being safe. It was wonderful to observe that, drawing on prior knowledge and our ongoing teachings at Beachwood, many children made meaningful connections between their emotions and different situations. This demonstrated an emerging ability to recognise when something does or does not feel safe.

The program introduced and reinforced the concepts of safe and unsafe behaviours. Through role play, storytelling, songs, and visual prompts, children were supported to identify behaviours that help them feel safe, as well as those that may make them feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unsure, and how they can communicate these to trusted adults. These experiences encouraged active participation, allowing children to share ideas and learn from one another within a supportive group environment.

Children also discussed concepts of body boundaries and how to respect and protect their own bodies and of others in an appropriate and sensitive manner, including an understanding of safe and unsafe interactions and the importance of body ownership.

Discussions were approached with care to ensure children felt safe, respected, and supported while learning about personal boundaries and safety.

One of our beautiful Beachwood families are currently going through the unimaginable, something no parent, nor child should ever have to face. Childhood cancer.

Sweet Dawson is just 3 years old and is bravely undergoing treatment for Retinoblastoma. After treatments did not provide the outcome they had hoped for, Dawson has now had both of his eyes surgically removed.

Throughout every step of this journey, Dawson’s mum, Leanne, has been right by his side, supporting him and also his big sister, Tilly. As Dawson continues his treatment and recovery, Leanne now needs to take significant time away from work to be there for her children during this incredibly challenging period.

Lachlan was born at 1:10 on the 28th of December 😁 Joining the growing Baxter family just before the new year, not able to wait until his due date in 2026!

Lachlan is baby brother to Flynn, who is absolutely thriving in her his role as big brother! Michael says his wife Ashleigh is an absolute superstar and together are loving settling into life as a family of 4 🥰

Lachlan is thriving and loving all the cuddles and attention 🫶
